STEP 1: Complete medical history. The employee completes their medical history when setting up their Teladoc account to ensure this information is available when they request a consultation.

STEP 3: Talk with a doctor. A U.S. board-certified physician licensed in the employee’s state reviews the electronic health record (EHR) and provides a consultation, just like an in-person visit.
STEP 4: Resolve the issue. The physician recommends the right treatment for their medical issue. If a prescription is necessary, it is electronically sent to the employee’s pharmacy of choice.
