Season Tickets Available for Artist and Matinee Series

Petula Clark will be performing in the 2017-18 Artist Series.

Subscriptions for 2017-18 Artist Series and Matinee Series shows go on sale June 1.

The Artist Series package consists of tickets to 10 evening performances featuring internationally renown singer Petula Clark, “An Evening of Motown” with Mary Wilson and Chubby Checker, the theatrical version of the story behind “Amazing Grace,” an appearance by the Righteous Brothers, and “American Bandstand,” a salute to the music of the 1950s.

The Matinee Series package also includes tickets to 10 afternoon performances by nostalgia rock ‘n’ rollers Phil Dirt and the Dozers, celebrity impersonators the Edwards Twins, Branson on the Road, acoustic musicians the Kruger Brothers, and others.

AFC’s Friday Lunch Features Chicken or Taco Salad

SFSC’s chapter of the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) is raising funds by selling lunches on Fridays,11 a.m.-1 p.m., in the Cafeteria. Donations for Camp Adventure

The Community Education Department is seeking donations for its annual Camp Adventure, which runs June 12-July 28.  The list of donations includes puzzles, games, and a variety of craft supplies. Fifth Graders Encouraged to Dream Their Futures

On May 11, 118 fifth graders from Wauchula Elementary School descended upon SFSC’s Hardee Campus. The students attended orientation at the local junior high school, then visited the Hardee Campus to solidify the theme of the day–clarifying their dreams for the future. Funeral Notice for Laura White

Reverend Laura Robinson White, passed away Tuesday, May 23, in Wauchula. She was hired at SFSC in July 1990 and served as associate dean, Enrollment Management and University Relations. She also supervised the SFSC College Reach Out Program (CROP) and coordinated the on-campus upper-division degree programs until her retirement in August 2012.
